This week I am in Destin, Florida for spring break. Last weekend in preparation for a week on the gulf, my friends and I had a crawfish boil. I love crawfish because they are as close as you can get to fresh seafood in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
I love trying out fajita recipes, mainly because I love fajitas. This recipe for Chicken Fajitas calls for half of a packet of fajita seasoning. I like my fajitas a little more subtly flavored and I’ve found that using the entire packet makes the meat over seasoned for my tastes. As an added bonus, you get two meals out of one seasoning packet!
