Next week I am going to be hosting a casual dinner party at my house and Chicken Stir Fry has been requested by my friends. I have been scouring Pinterest for ideas and finally narrowed it down to three choices: Lemon Chicken Stir Fry, Chicken Broccoli and Cashew Stir Fry, and Korean Spicy Chicken Stir Fry.
This week I found some awesome Cinco De Mayo themed recipes on Pinterest! There’s a Four-ingredient appetizer, Smoked Gouda Enchiladas and Classic Flan.
This week I scoured Pinterest for unique recipes. My three favorites were these recipes for Carrot Juice, Root Chips and Buttery Honey Beer Bread.
All three of the recipes this week are centered around broccoli and cheese. They are Ham and Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Spiral Rolls, Broccoli Mac and Cheese, and Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.

This week on Pinterest I found recipes for Homemade Flour Tortillas, a Brie and Pear Tart, and Chai Spiced Triple Citrus Tea.
This salad looks so different and unique, full of texture and flavor, I really want to try it soon. I love the healthier take on brownies with the banana brownie recipe and these salted nut squares would be a great super bowl treat!
I could not stop pinning Valentines treats on Pinterest this afternoon so I thought I would share some Valentines Pinspiration with you this week. I think the trail mix is my favorite. Aren’t those X’s and O’s adorable? As an added bonus, I found this one pot pasta. It looks so yummy and easy.
I got a fancy blender for Christmas and I can’t wait to make breakfast smoothies. These recipes for Cocoa Banana, Blackberry and Banana Rhubarb smoothies are going to be perfect for breaking in my new blender.
