When I sat down to make this recipe I was afraid. I’ve always been afraid of pudding. It has to be smooth and perfect and if it’s the wrong consistency, you might as well just throw it away. My fears were unfounded once I tried this recipe. It wasn’t nearly as hard as I was making it out to be. This banana pudding is fantastic and unbelievably creamy. It’s changed my whole outlook.
